Hi there. Thanks for checking out my blog. I write children’s stories and articles. Some of the articles have been published…still waiting on the book deals. I also review just published books for the Children’s Literature Comprehensive Database (www.CLCD.com) and you can read some of those reviews here. I live with my handsome devil just outside the lovely town of New Bern, NC. If you like mild winters, water and friendly folk, this might be the place for you.
Before moving here in Dec. 2010, we had a small horse farm in Granite, MD. If you like hills, miles of walking/riding trails in a state park that goes from the Baltimore inner harbor to the Pennsylvania border, this might be the place for you.
Our children live in Jacksonville, FL; Fairfax, VA; and Pikesville, MD.
We have a very shy cat named Kilroy, but couldn’t deal with the idea of having to put down another animal after our last dog died. Here’s hoping Kilroy lives another 10 years.
When I figure how to get pictures to actually show up on my site, I’ll regale you with fascinating–at least to me–photos.
